Been staying here a few times and its comfortable and i like the location.
This time i had to stay a lot further from the elevator which needed to walk quite a distance to the elevator especially when u have heavy luggages to push

Great view on the top of the river. Decent room size and overall nice hotel.
Looks a bit dated or missing some maintenance on the rooms. Toilet is very small, but normal for Japan

Great stay, recommended.
Location on 28.-30. floor overlooking great city panorama, even Mount Fuji and Yokohama . Rooms well equipped, beds comfy, quiet room and serviced well. Eco option with room service is guest choice. Shopping mall, cinema, many restaurant nearby, as well as train station, e.g. express in 15 min to Shibuya.
Only fast talking Japanese during check in. Will be difficult if guests have no Japanese knowledge at all.
